INVITATION TO SUBMIT WORK TO OUR 2026 SMALL WORKS SHOW

ANY MEDIUM

(CLAY, JEWELRY, SCULPTURE, FIBER, WOODWORKING…)

SHOW DATES: NOV 20/2025- JAN 3/2026

OPENING RECEPTION FRIDAY, NOV 21, 5-7 PM

GUIDELINES FOR ART

All art must: 

be original

2d work-canvas/image size no larger than 12x12, 3d objects no larger than 12x12x12.

be wired and ready to hang or sit on a shelf or podium   

be dry to the touch

be labeled (see information below)

be for sale

ENTRY FEE: $15 for 1-5 pieces

DELIVERY OF ART:  Artists must deliver their work on Friday, Nov 14 or Saturday, Nov 15, 10 am-

4pm to Downtown Gallery, 119 Montcalm St. NY 12883

END OF SHOW PROCEDURES: Artist must pick up unsold artwork Saturday, Jan 3, 2026, 12am-4pm

SALES:  Artist will receive 70% and gallery 30% of all sales. The gallery will pay the sales tax to the

state and issue a check to the artist at the end of the month for the sale price minus the 30%

commission.

WAIVER STATEMENT: The Ti Arts Downtown Gallery will not be held responsible for any damage to

or theft of artwork.  Your participation in the show indicates your agreement with this statement.

LABEL SHOULD INCLUDE: Artist Name, Address, Telephone, Email, Title, Medium, Price. Labels

can be found on our website www.ticonderogaarts.org  Select Call for Art.
