Call for Art

SMALL WORKS  Open Invitation, any medium

Show Dates: Nov 21, 2024 - Jan 4, 2025

Opening Reception:  Friday, Nov 22, 5-7 PM

GUIDELINES FOR ART:  All art must 

• •  2d work-canvas/image size no larger than 12x12, 3d objects no larger than 12x12x12

  •  be wired and ready to hang or sit on a shelf or podium   

  •  be dry to the touch

  •  be labeled (see information below)

  •  be for sale

  • be original

ENTRY FEE: $10 for 1-5 pieces

DELIVERY OF ART:  Artists must deliver their work Fri, Nov 15 or Sat, Nov 16, 10 am-4pm to Ti Arts Downtown Gallery, 119 Montcalm St. NY 12883

END OF SHOW PROCEDURES: Artist must pick up unsold artwork Jan 4, 2024, 12am-4pm.

SALES:  Artist will receive 70% and gallery 30% of all sales. The gallery will pay the sales tax to the state and issue a check to the artist at the end of the month for the sale price minus the 30% commission.

WAIVER STATEMENT: The Ti Arts Downtown Gallery will not be held responsible for any damage to or theft of artwork.  Your participation in the show indicates your agreement with this statement.

LABEL SHOULD INCLUDE: Artist Name, Address, Telephone, Email, Title, Medium, Price. Please print the entry form below, fill out and bring with your work.
