Call for Art

OUT OF THE WOODS  Open Invitation, any medium

SHOW DATES OCT 24 - NOV 16 

RECEPTION FRIDAY OCT 25, 5-7 

Calling all artists - woodworkers, painters, sculptors, photographers, ceramic artists, basket makers, glass artists, fiber artists, jewelry artists, wood furniture makers and multimedia artists -- to submit your work to the Ti Arts Gallery's call-for-entry show, "Out of the Woods." Consider this theme as broadly as you like. Whether your pieces are made of wood, clay, pastels, oils, seed pods or depict trees, woodlands, salamanders, woodland flora or fauna, or anything that comes "out of the woods" -We Want Them! 

GUIDELINES FOR ART: All art must be 

• original 

• ready to hang/if 3D ready to stand on podium, shelf, table, or floor labeled with title, name, medium, price (tags on entry form) 

• for sale 

ENTRY FEE: $10 per person, maximum of 5 pieces, 3 if large. 

DELIVERY OF ART: Artists must deliver their work FRI OCT 18 OR SAT OCT 19 from 10-4. 

ENTRY FORMS: Please print the entry form below, fill out and bring with your work.

END OF SHOW PROCEDURES: Artist must pick up artwork SAT, NOV 16 from 12-4PM. 

SALES: Artist will receive 70% and gallery 30% of all sales. The gallery will pay the sales tax to the state and issue a check to the artist at the end of the month for the sale price minus the 30% commission. 

WAIVER STATEMENT:  Ti Arts Downtown Gallery cannot be held responsible for any damage to or theft of artwork. Your participation in the show indicates your agreement with this statement.
